Welcome to Quest (the “Site”) operated by Patisson Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This privacy statement describes how we collect and use personal data when you're visiting the Site, or otherwise interacting with us. Patisson Labs is the responsible legal entity, or the “controller” for the collection and use of personal data described herein.

How We Use Personal Information

According to the data protection laws, we may only use your data for informed reasons and where we have a legal basis to do so. The reasons for which we process your data are the following:

• Providing Quest
In order to keep track of your scores, you need to create a user account. We collect your contact information to create and verify your user account and ask you to set a username. If you do not set a username, a random username will be set for you. In some features you can also include an image attached to your username. Please note that your profile information and game data will be visible to other users.

• Improving Quest
We process aggregated data and/or anonymized data (that does not identify you) based on our legitimate interest to improve our Site.

Who can access your personal data

• Us
Your data may be accessed by us to investigate behaviour violating our Terms of Service.
• Other users
Other users may access your public profile information, including but not limited to name, username, and game data through search results and leaderboards.
• Third parties
We use Cloudflare as a service provider for traffic routing and security; Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We use Hetzner to store your data in the European Union.

How long do we store personal data

We store your personal data as long as you keep your account active. Your personal data will be deleted when you delete your account.

Children's Data

Our Services are not directed to children who are under the age of 16. Patisson Labs does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Information to Patisson Labs through the Service, please contact us at [email protected] and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Security

You use the Services at your own risk. We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
